We require all members to use their primary Warcraft character's name as their houseofzug.com and Ventrilo usernames.
Anyone found in direct violation of Blizzard's Terms & Conditions may be removed from the guild without warning. This includes selling gold, account sharing, exploiting pugs, botting, or other forms of cheating.
House of Zug is a friends and family guild. As such, we ask that you keep conversations in public channels (such as guild chat, Ventrilo, GroupMe) to a PG rating.
The Guild Bank is reserved for progression raid use only. Items donated and withdrawn from the Guild Bank should be used for the betterment of the raid team and exchanged at equal value for gold or other crafting materials. Contact the guild Quartermaster with questions regarding the Guild Bank.
Members of House of Zug respect the time, diversity, and integrity of every player and will not tolerate those who do not. Hate, harassment, impatience, and intolerance have no place in this community. This especially includes toxic gamer slang.
Mains & Alts
All members are required to have a main character in guild. Your main MUST be level 90 or higher. Your Ventrilo, guild forums, and Battletag handles should reflect your main character's name. Members are allowed alts in guild, provided the alt is above level 20 and played at least once per month. If you wish to change your main, contact an officer. Raiders may only change their main or bring an alt to an official raid if (a) it benefits the raid more than having the main; (b) the new character is sufficiently geared; (c) the raider is proficient with the class as not to hinder progression. The best time to request a main change is between patches or expansions when the guild is not actively progressing.
House of Zug does not make a habit of re-inviting members who have left on unannounced or poor terms. We respect honest and clear communication, and we are extremely tolerant of special circumstances and needs if you contact us directly.
